The Adair County Memorial Hospital
Auxiliary was established in 1980. The auxiliary does a
number of things for their community such as:
- Promote and assist the needs of our hospital
- Appreciation food trays for the hospital staff
- Holiday Tour
- Host "Hospital Employee Appreciation Week"
- Give away two $300 scholarships to graduating
seniors

$300 SCHOLARSHIP
Adair County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary
of Greenfield, Iowa is awarding two, one-year, $300
scholarships, to Adair County residents enrolling
at any college in Iowa in a health-related field for
the 2008-2009 school year.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be enrolling in a health-related field.
Must be a legal resident of Adair County.
Must be enrolled as a student or vocational
student.
(Scholarship not limited to high school
seniors, but are available to any age.)

An application must be completed
and returned by April 24, 2008, to:

The applicant must have two letters of
reference from anyone other than a
relative. These letters of reference are also
due by April 24, 2008.
SELECTION
A committee composed of three committee members
will make the selection for the scholarship.
