Tim Piearson, DO

“I am excited to be your doctor at Adair County Health System.”

  My wife Sara and children Abigail (2) and Benjamin (4 months) will make our home in Adair County. Originally from Southwest Iowa, I graduated from Greenfield High School, Southwestern Community College, the University of Iowa, and Des Moines University. 

            Our family has decided to come back to Adair County for several reasons.  It is home to us and an excellent place to raise a family.   I like the small town setting and the strong relationships formed in a rural practice.

            My interests outside of practicing medicine are spending time with my family, church activities, sports and hunting.

            I want my patients to know that the doctor/patient relationship is a partnership.  Open communication, trust, and compliance are the keys to maintaining good healthcare.  I strive to treat all patients with the same respect that I would expect for my own family.  I believe in treating the whole patient.  To me, this involves maintaining a healthy balance of not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.
