COVID-19Patients with COVID-19 Symptoms that want to see a provider:
Adair County Medical Clinic in Greenfield will be separating well patients from patients with any COVID-19 symptoms, inside the clinic. This change is for the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors.
All patients entering any Adair County Health System facility will continue to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering.
Patients that present with COVID-19 symptoms at the door will be seen through the Urgent Care Clinic. There is no need to call ahead or schedule an appointment. Urgent Care Clinic hours are from 7:30AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 12PM on Saturday.
Adair County Health System’s Family Practice Providers (PCP) in the Greenfield Clinic will only be seeing well patients at this time. If you have a scheduled appointment with your PCP and have COVID-19 symptoms at the door screening, you will be moved to the Urgent Care Clinic at that time.
The waiting room has been rearranged to allow for proper social distancing with plexiglass between the chairs. This will allow for a separation from well patients and ill patients.
COVID-19 symptoms may include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or loss of taste/smell.
Patients that want a COVID-19 Test (do not want to be seen by a provider)
If a patient is wanting to get a COVID-19 test and does not want to be seen by a provider, they will need to call 641-743-7263 to schedule a testing appointment. Curbside (Drive-Up) COVID-19 testing has been moved to the outpatient area in the hospital.
